For anyone caring for an aging parent, spouse or loved one, The Senior Care Planner is a 139-page printable binder that keeps their health, daily care, home, money and wishes in one place, so you're not juggling it all in your head. Handwritten script page titles, clean modern lettering and printed side tabs make it friendly to use and easy to grab the page you need, whether that's the medication list at the pharmacy or the emergency sheet on the way to the ER.
It's made to be shared. Every family member, home aide and backup caregiver works from the same pages, and the "All About Me" section, filled in together with your loved one, helps anyone who steps in know the person, not just the patient.

Type in the writing spaces and tick the checkboxes digitally on your phone, tablet or computer, with no Canva or account needed. To add your own photos to the photo boxes ("This Is Me", the missing person sheet and photo labeling), open the file on a computer in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Prefer paper? Print any page and fill it in by hand.
A NOTE ON HEALTH, LEGAL AND MONEY INFORMATION
This planner is for organizing, planning and remembering. It isn't medical, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't replace their doctor, attorney or advisor. The health care wishes pages are a summary for the family, not a legal document. It never asks you to write down passwords or full account numbers, only where things are kept.
PRINT IT YOUR WAY
Undated, so you can start any day. Print the whole planner once, then reprint the daily, weekly and per-visit pages as you need them (the printing guide tells you which). It fits a 3-ring or discbound binder. Three printable sizes are included: US Letter, A4 and A5, and you can print pages from the fillable version too.
WHAT YOU GET
Four PDF files, 139 pages in each: printable US Letter, A4 and A5, plus a fillable version in US Letter size only, available to download as soon as your order goes through. The design and layout aren't editable, but the fillable version lets you type into the writing spaces and tick the checkboxes. You can also print any file and fill it in by hand.
Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
For personal use only. Please don't share or resell the files.
