Every day starts with the date and a day-of-the-week circle, then a question from one of 12 themes: believe, team, school, game day, friends, goals, character, bounce back, family, lead, hustle and would-you-rather. Every seventh day is a free write. Questions are written for girls who play, like "What makes you proud to be a girl who plays sports?" and "What would you say to a friend who doubted herself? Now say it to you."
Next comes a training log (practice, game, workout or rest, plus sport, minutes, sleep, water, energy and a 1 to 10 effort scale), an "I feel" row of faces to circle, a win of the day and one thing to work on.
