For kids ages 6 to 12 who are learning to name their feelings, the Kids Daily Journal is a 450-page printable journal that makes writing a little every day feel like a game. Seven colorful feelings monsters (Happy, Excited, Silly, Calm, Sad, Worried and Mad) help your child check in with how they feel, and a new question each day gets them writing, drawing and noticing the good things. It's a thoughtful Christmas gift or a fresh start for the new year: print the whole thing and have it bound, or print a month at a time.
It's undated, so your child can start any day, and it's made for little writers: there are no wrong answers, spelling doesn't have to be perfect, and drawing counts too.

Then comes one of 341 different questions, or a would-you-rather or a small challenge, with a mix of layouts so it never feels the same: three good things, draw it and tell me about it, best part and tricky part of today, and a kindness page with something to say out loud. Each page ends with a quick "I did it" check: read, moved, helped, water and teeth.
AT THE END
- My Year Look Back
- An "I did it!" certificate for finishing the whole journal
FOR GROWN-UPS
A few minutes at bedtime is plenty. Younger kids can draw their answers, or tell you while you write. Asking which monster they picked, and sharing yours, is a gentle way to talk about feelings. This journal is for everyday reflection and fun; it isn't therapy or a substitute for professional support.
