Capture who your child is at the start and end of every school year, from Pre-K all the way to senior year. Each grade has a first day and last day interview with a 4x6 photo box and questions that grow with your child, plus through-the-years photo pages, in Letter, A4 and A5.
The whole point is the comparison. Ask the questions in September, ask them again in May, and the two pages sitting side by side show you a year of growing up — the handwriting, the answers, the face in the photo.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Thirty-two pages covering fourteen school years: Pre-K, Kindergarten, and first through twelfth grade. Every grade gets two pages — one for the first day, one for the last.
Each page has a 4x6 photo box (tape a photo in, or let a little one draw themselves instead) with name, date, age and height.
THE QUESTIONS GROW UP TOO
Pre-K and Kindergarten — favorite color, favorite toy, favorite food, best friend, what I want to be when I grow up, and a line to practice writing their own name.
First through fifth grade — favorite book, subject and hobby, best memory, the hardest thing I did, what I'm proud of learning, one word that describes me.
Sixth through eighth grade — what I'm currently reading, something I want to try, my goal for this year, my dream job, my proudest moment, what I learned about myself.
Ninth through twelfth grade — favorite class, activities and sports, goals, dream college or career, biggest accomplishment, advice to my future self, advice to my younger self, and what's next after graduation.
THROUGH THE YEARS
Two final pages hold a small photo from every single year, Pre-K to twelfth, in one place — one page for first days, one for last days. By graduation you're holding the whole story on two sheets of paper.
NEW: A FILLABLE VERSION IS INCLUDED
Along with the three printable sizes, you get a fillable PDF in US Letter size. The fillable version comes in US Letter only; the A4 and A5 files are printable. Type in the answer spaces digitally on your phone, tablet or computer, with no Canva or account needed. To add your own photos to the photo boxes (the photo box on each grade's page), open the file on a computer in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Prefer paper? Print any page and fill it in by hand.

Print one grade at a time, the year you need it, and one set for each child. Three printable sizes are included: US Letter, A4 and A5, and you can print pages from the fillable version too. Keep the finished pages in a binder or folder as you go.
